I grew up in Minnesota as the youngest in a blended family. My love for nature and home-cooked meals has translated well to CA.
I enjoy exploring, creating and cooking. I am currently passionate about "hugge"- a Danish term that roughly translates to "coziness". I have found it warms my heart to create and enjoy a cozy atmosphere with close friends.
I am an associate marriage and family therapist committed to helping people unburden past pain, embrace present self-responsibility and improve relational dynamics. My work focuses on deepening acceptance, understanding and connection towards self and others through in-session experience, trauma-work, and discussion. A variety of therapeutic techniques will be used depending on your unique goals and needs (BSP, CBT, family systems, mindfulness, parts-work).
I believe that healing happens when we make space for it and that "every moment holds the potential for a new path to be paved." --C. Diehl
