Our office is contracted with various private insurance companies.
In-Network options may only apply to certain providers.
In-Network insurance plans include: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Magellan, Medicare, Optum, Evernorth.
Our office does not accept Medi-Cal or Partnership.
Please call for more information on network status and to check insurance benefits.
Co-Pays and Deductibles
If you have a required copay and/or deductible, these are due at time of service.
Payments can be accepted by Cash, Check or Card.
Not covered by your insurance
There are options for clients with out-of-network coverage or no insurance coverage.
-Please contact your insurance with any questions regarding your out-of-network coverage.
-Our office can provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance.
-We do offer services on a cash pay basis, please call the office for additional information.
