I am passionate about my wife and two children. I enjoy working on our property, being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and hiking. 

I am also passionate about helping others achieve their goals. I considered myself and interactive therapist who provides a compassionate and supportive environment while reflecting direct feedback to my clients. 

My areas of expertise is working with individuals with various forms of trauma, including childhood trauma, first responders, military personnel, and all aspect of Post-Traumatic Stress. I am also well versed in treating individual with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and various forms of obsessional thinking. 

My goal is to create a safe and collaborative relationship that allows clients to heal from the unresolved emotional wounds they have experienced throughout their lives.
